Richard (Dick) Brown. (1958-1963)
Forms: 1T(Todd), 2Lower(Todd), 3alpha(Ormston),4alpha(Miss Ritchie),5alpha(Mr Gibbs)
I remember most of the folks in my class:
Dave Adams, Mick Fletcher, Haydn Green, Bernard Hibbs, Rog Newbould, Peter Stemberg, John Taylor, Geof Tinker, Bruce Wakeling, Steve Wilson, Sandra Adams, Betty Unwin, Valerie Sparks, Maggie Smith, Carol Teate, Audrey Appleton, Pat Skinner, Linda Woodward, Mo Lilley.
I was on good terms with both Mr Stephens and Mr Moody, they frequently invited me to their office for a somewhat one-sided chat!
I worked in England until 1975, in Nottingham, Tunbridge Wells and Lincoln, then I moved to Vancouver BC where I have remained and remarried and brought up my family. My wife Ann (nee Edwards) is from Nottingham (Nottm Girls High School 1961-1966).
I have spent most of my time in the Information Systems business and now work as an independent consultant.
I still keep in touch with some of the old school mates on my rare visits back to UK.
Thanks to this site, I have now made contact with about 5 or 6 of the old names from my year. I am looking forward to many more renewed friendships over the coming years!
Marg, I loved your guestbook, I hope this format is as successful!
